From the headquarters in Geneva, Peter Gollnow serves as CEO for Global Healthcare Advisory SA, a company he founded. Gollnow is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Global Health Equity Foundation. Prior to this assignment he was founder and CEO of GenevaServicesGroup, a consulting firm specializing in service audits, customer satisfaction measurement, total quality management with business process reengineering, and service business development. Gollnow taught the first customer satisfaction measurement course in the TUV academie in Munich, Germany. As a consultant, Gollnow served as certified services auditor in the telecommunications industries for central Europe and the Middle East, as well as FDI development for the Canton and State of Geneva (responsible for Germany and Eastern Europe). As European Services Operations Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation in Geneva, he was responsible for the IT service operation in seventeen countries. During his time at Digital Equipment, Gollnow founded the Swiss chapter of the USA based Association for Service Management International (AFSMI). Gollnow is certified as an Informatic Engineer and holds the MBA for service operation.
